Returns

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are here to assist you through the process. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and undamaged.
  • The return request must be made through our Whatsapp or e-mail (info@hakaleatherworks.com)

 

Return Process:
  • If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange the return pickup if the return is approved
  • After approval, the return pickup will be done within 3-4 working days by our courier partner.

 

Refund Initiation:

 

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. Please provide accurate bank account details to ensure a smooth refund process.
  • For other payment methods, including online transactions, the refund will be initiated back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and it passes the inspection process, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • In the case of a damaged return, where the item was damaged due to reasons not attributable to HAKA Leatherworks, only a partial refund may be provided. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage and the condition of the item upon return.

 

Exchange:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or alternative options will be provided.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by HAKA Leatherworks
  • The reverse pickup details will be shared to you through e-mail or Whatsapp.
